T.Rice Pro

This board is great for park and freestyle cruising around the mountain. It is very quick edge to edge and the base is fast. It has a lot of playfulness. The float in deep snow is good as well. My issues with the board are that it's marketed as being big mountain capable and possessing a medium to stiff flex. It is more of a true medium flex than anything and I can feel it lacks power in a lot of situations. The softness and lack of stability was noticeable the first day on small drops, choppy snow and steeps, all inbounds terrain that wasn't too crazy. I never expected a real hard charger, but my old Gnu Carbon Credit was more responsive. I was expecting it to be more of an all mountain capable/daily driver considering the description and marketing, but I'm left needing more out of it than it can provide. Looks like I'll have to buy another new board to make up for what it can't handle!

Was riding a decent board before this but from immediately clipping in this was a step up. Excellent edge to edge control and seems very versatile where ever your trying to take it from the park/groomers/pow this thing puts in work.

Relatively new to snowboarding but progressing fast. Hopped on this board and immediately felt better than I think I am. Smooth turns, amazing edge hold, and the perfect amount of flex. Seems to be the perfect do-everything board so far! Not to mention a sweet graphic.

I got this board from a friend, LibTech rep Skindog, asked him for a board and he said "how fast do you ride?" I live at the base of Mt. Bachelor "4,300" acres 9,300ft summit. Normally she has gale-force winds and bulletproof ice which force you to ride life-threatening sketchy conditions to get to the mental zones. This board does absolutely everything from bombing backcountry sketch to playful park days. I tried to get a pow board but I just don't want anything else under my feet unless it's 4ft deep. This would be my 3rd T Rice Pro. Absolutely love this line and the graphics that go with them. Great board for all mountain and gives you the added performance when you wanna hit the park! Definitely my board choice for life (or as long as they keep making it)!
