Pickup Stick 6'6"

I purchased this board to tackle the tiniest summer days that I'd normally never even consider surfing. It picks up microscopic waves and glides effortlessly (far more so than any short/wide groveller I've owned in my life). At 6'6, the nice surprise is that you can step on the tail and it actually turns pretty well. This is a nice bonus if you ever end up taking it out on bigger/juicier days that I'd normally ride a groveller or regular short board

Perfect all around board. I am late 30's, surf twice or three times a week if lucky and just want to go out, catch waves and have fun. I have surfed this between 2-7 ft and it was suitable for all conditions. You can duck dive, easy to paddle and it surprises me sometimes with its ability to turn. So happy/lucky that I found this board.

Just spend 10 days in ankle to waist high fun waves in Sayulita area, Mexico. I am 35, have been surfing for 10 years, about 100 days in total and would categorize myself an intermediate. This board rocked for me! I owned plenty of board, from 5’11 to 8’0, My previous favo was a Webber Fatburner 6’6, but now I am sold on this! Can paddle into almost everything and just makes surfing a lot easier (which is good as it so darn hard!). Really easy paddle, easy stable pop up surface, forgiving for foot placing etc, etc. However it still surfs! It keeps speeds, brings you from section to section and turns (see video on website here). Really fun, easy board, would highly recommend! Also - construction rocks, so nice to not have to worry about your board getting damaged all the time.

This is my missing link board... fits perfectly in between my 5'7" Puddle Jumper and my 7'6" Pickup Stick. It catches waves that are too gutless for the PJ but still has a shortboard-esque feel compared to the 7'6". For non-pro weekend warriors like myself it's a perfect blend of everything I need in a surfboard.
