Voici la meilleure planche de snowboard directionnelle ayant remporté le Natural Selection Tour, qui fait exploser les blocs de neige et qui est dotée de la fameuse structure en carbone "Techno Pop" ultra-performante. Travis a pris comme base sa chère board Orca, s'est demandé quelles étaient ses caractéristiques rêvées pour un snowboard de freestyle haute performance qui conviendrait pour n'importe quel endroit du monde, a agrémenté l'Orca de ces caractéristiques techniques, a peaufiné le tout grâce aux incroyables matériaux composites de Mike Olson et a finalement réussi à créer cette nouvelle version freestyle ultralégère de l'Orca, une véritable pièce d'orfèvre. Le long nose aérien du modèle adore la poudreuse. Son contour C2 directionnel déchire les pistes, creuse des sillons sur la neige tassée et déferle les flancs des montagnes. L'unique cambre à rayon réduit de la tail de l'Orca apporte puissance et contrôle, ainsi qu'un maximum de mobilité et de maîtrise sur les terrains techniques serrés et escarpés. Des bandes unidirectionnelles de carbone, sur du carbone Mega X à 30°, sur de la fibre de magnésium, enveloppent un noyau de bouteilles en plastique PET recyclé, de Paulownia et de Tremble certifié FSC®. Le revêtement est composé de graines bio éco-sublimées et d'une base frittée robuste et rapide. Tout cela accompagné de la suppression du poids de swing grâce aux nouveaux nose et tail 3-D "Anti-Matière"... Notre puissante planche de snowboard twin fish préférée est devenue bionique. Apex Orca 156 : Je ride cette planche hors station et je l'utilise souvent là où normalement, j'aurais pris l'Orca 153 car elle est encore plus légère que la 153, avec un poids de rotation réduit, mais avec une plus grande surface. C'est une excellente astuce si vous avez l'habitude de prendre l'Orca 153. ~Travis Rice

Awesome!!! Ride
This board literally wants to go fast. It pushes you to go faster. Not an easy board to ride. I’m intermediate /Advance rider. The board performed awesome on the icy patches and carving. I went from a Proto type 2, Never Summer, to this lambo and no regrets…

Highly Recommended - Apex of the quiver
This board is incredible, it rides amazing in all conditions with little effort due to the lightweight material and responsive core. It is the perfect blend of a Climax and an Orca, which really makes it superior in any snow condition. I rode this for the amazing 2022 season in Tahoe and it was unbelievable float in the deepest of powder. I am a big rider and it held my weight and landed with ease. I love the way it rides on a fine groomer as well. It jumps better than any other board I have ridden due to the major pop in the core and light weight base. The tail is amazing and I like the way it feels and supports the harder charger. The carbon core is really a game changer when it comes to speed and control. The difference between this and my 62 orca was insane and it renders it obsolete. I highly recommend adding one of these to the quiver if you are an aggressive rider. It loves the stacked and steep and you will see where that extra money went on your purchase.

This board chews up double blacks in the worst conditions and asks for more. Libtechs serrated edge allows you to cut through ice and anything else you can think of. Only negative thing I can say about the board is it gives you a sense of confidence that cannot transfer to other boards. You'll never feel as secure as you do ripping down on the back of an orca. East coast native, conditions are anything from slush pit to surfing down a wall of ice and the apex will gleefully take both and have you riding circles around any skier that gets in your way. I will say go shorter than you typically would as she is wider than wide and although she is light as a feather I can easily see going usual length or longer could be too much to handle. I went with a 156 when I would normally go 159+ on anything else. Precise and agile for its size, not a lot of flex if you were hoping something more playful but you could do anything on the mountain if you have the skills to tame. Would not recommend for new rider as I said it would give you a sense of confidence that doesn't transfer well to anything inferior, you tend to power through with this board rather than avoid, and it really wants to run fast.

Most incredible hard charging board I’ve ever ripped
Honestly this thing is an absolute animal. Rode it in the Wasatch backcountry, Jackson, Montana Arizona and this thing rips. I’ve never had so much fun on a board. 11/10. Highly recommend
